What we do
The Company's core business is sourcing and importing, distribution and warehousing, exporting, consignment and marketing of all petroleum products on large scale.
Our Product Range Includes:-
1. Refined Products (White Products):-
Premium Motor Spirit(PMS) &
Regular Motor Spirit(RMS)
Also known as Super. It can be found in 2 forms; leaded and unleaded. We sell both in bulk i.e in tankers only.
Diesel
Also known as Automotive Gas Oil. We sell it in bulk.
Illuminating Kerosene:
Illuminating Kerosene is sold in bulk.
Jet A1:
These are also known as Av Gas and include Jet Fuel(JP54).
2. Black Oils:-
Bitumen
Bitumen is sold in 3 grades. These include bitumrn 80/100, 60/100 and MC 130.
MC 130 cutback is also known as liquid bitumen and is used for road construction.
Fuel oil
It is found in 2 types; Fuel Oil 180CST and 125CST.
The uses of these fuels depend on the altitude above sea level.
Fuel Oil 125CST is good for higher altitudes whilst Fuel Oil 180CST is good for lower altitudes.
Industrial Diesel OIl (IDO)
These are used for boilers and furnaces.
An overview of the Company.
Since August 2009, Interlink Energies has risen from humble beginnings as a fuel reseller to a strong petroleum company with a sizeable monthly thoroughput. This dedication to proving end to end fuel solutions to our customers lead to the company being licensed by the Energy Regulatory Commission(ERC) in August 2012 to import, market and distribute petroleum products and has a long-term agreements with Kenya Petroleum Refineries Ltd(KPRL) and Kenya Pipeline Company(KPC) for use of their facilities.

Mr.Henry Muriira Mbaabu | Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Henry Muriira Mbaabu started his career in the petroleum industry in 1995 as a Sales and marketing Manager at Paraffina Petroleum Co. Ltd. In 1998 he moved to Mid Oil Africa Ltd as the sales and marketing manager before joining Generation Petroleum Ltd as a non executive director in the year 2003. In August 2009, he started Inter-link Petroleum limited which has managed to grow the company to become one of the leading indigenous petroleum companies in Kenya and East Africa.
Mr.Robert Weru Nyamathira | Chief Financial Officer
Robert Weru Nyamathira started his career in the petroleum industry in 2007 as an Assistant Accountant at Depolink Petroleum Co. Ltd. Due to hard work and diligence; he rose through the ranks to become the Chief accountant in the year 2009. In January 2010, he joined Inter-link Petroleum Limited as the Chief Financial officer, a position he has held up to date. He is a Strathmore university graduate majoring on finance/accounting and is a Certified public accountant.
Mr.Andrew Mola Ilere | Business Development Manager
Andrew Mola Ilere started his career in the petroleum industry in 2006 as the Sales Representative in Generations Petroleum Co. Ltd. He rose through the ranks to become the Operations Manager in the year 2008. In March 2010, he joined Inter-link Petroleum Limited as the operations officer, a position he has held up to date. He is a holder of a Degree in sociology and anthropology and a diploma in office administration.
